Terms of Use

Effective: October 14, 2026

These terms apply to your use of chopsforge.com and the ChopsForge waitlist. ChopsForge is operated by KLW LLC (Chesapeake, Virginia, USA), doing business as ChopsForge. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.

Pre-launch waitlist

ChopsForge hasn't launched yet. Joining the waitlist only means we'll contact you about early access. It doesn't create a subscription, purchase or guarantee of access. Features, timing, availability and early-access pricing may change before launch, and any paid service will come with its own terms at signup.

Practice plans are general guidance

ChopsForge practice plans and content are general educational guidance for playing music. They are not medical, health or professional advice and don't replace a qualified teacher or healthcare professional.

Play within your physical limits

Practicing an instrument is physical. Warm up, take breaks, use hearing protection around loud instruments, and stop immediately if you feel pain, numbness or discomfort. If symptoms persist, see a medical professional. You are responsible for practicing within your own physical limits.

No guarantees

We do our best to make plans useful, but we don't guarantee any particular result or rate of progress. The site and content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLW LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the waitlist or practice content.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no spam signups, no submitting other people's email addresses without permission, and no attempts to disrupt the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
